License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Loupe on up to 2 (two) devices simultaneously. This is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime access to the current version and all future updates.

Free Trial

Loupe offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. During the trial period, project creation is limited to 3 projects. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial.

Activation and Deactivation

License keys are activated per-device using a machine identifier. You may deactivate a device from within the app to free an activation slot. Each license key supports up to 2 concurrent device activations.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Polar.sh, our payment processor. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Loupe and its source code remain the intellectual property of the developer. Your license grants usage rights only. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the software.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Loupe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the software.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or website. Continued use of Loupe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
